There are times when you need to tune into something specific and want a held space to help you realign to yourself, so you can find the answers within you.
Throughout the session I’ll gently guide you back to you embodied wisdom and intuitive knowing... especially when I notice your mind is trying to take over 🙂
Helping you hear your inner voice - rather than someone else's opinions of whats best for you or what you should / shouldn't do.
By the end of the session you'll have suggested focus point(s), plus exercises and ideas for you to explore such as body & energy practices, meditations, journaling prompts & creative projects to support the discoveries from the session and to help you going forwards.
£120.00The bespoke short stories I write for people are to inspire growth, change and healing through use of metaphor and imagery.
Stories have a beautiful way of touching us deeply... If you find that reading is a powerful experience that opens you up, then you may find benefit in a story that's bespoke for you.
It is not telling you what to do, rather opening doors into which your soul can drop into and explore.
How it works
Once purchased, send me an email with what’s going on for you, what you’d like me to tune into, or questions you have…
I meditate and tune into you & what you’ve written, then allow a free flowing response to come through in the form of a short story… roughly 2 pages of A4.

Writing is an incredibly powerful way of accessing your doubts, truth and soul.
Do you find you’re able to share more truthfully when you write? Do you feel more able to share things in writing that you may feel inhibited to say in person? Do you tend to forget things when in person and prefer having time and space to reflect and return to your thoughts? Are you are traveling or don’t have a private space in which to skype?
The soul has a different voice through the written word… if you’ve ever journaled / used a diary, you may have experienced this. Writing enables you to go deep, explore dark corners and shadows, it allows a unique space for ideas and creativity to be born.
Please note, you don’t need to be a ‘writer’ or ‘journaler’ to go with this option… you just need to say what you think and feel from a place of honesty.
How it works:
You commit to a daily journaling practice for a month.
* I'll send you 30 journal prompts (1 for each day) that you can use.
Once a week
* you send me something that you've written (it can be one or more of the weeks journal prompts). And it's fine to send a photo if you've handwritten them.
* I will then meditate and tune into you & what you’ve written, then allow a free flowing response to come through… it may be that I also send new journal questions for you to use.
We repeat this weekly for 4 weeks. In total, you send me 4 x emails, and I send 4 x emails back to you.
What you can expect:

* sometimes exercises for you to explore such as energy work, meditations, journaling questions / prompts, creative projects.

This is a commitment in looking at yourself for 6 months and that can be intense. And it can be beautiful. And I will be there to hold the mirror in the most loving way.
This program is designed to bring you back to you. It's a deep dive in honesty with yourself. Exploring your truth, whether it seems awkward, embarrassing, exciting or joyful. It's about embracing the light and the dark. Wholeness of self, comes from accepting the 'whole of oneself'. Nothing is off the table. This is a safe space in which all parts of you are respected, even the bits you don't like.
Typically coaching is about reaching a goal or objective. This is not that. I don't do goals. This is about opening the open ended book of you... in the knowledge that you will never be a finished piece of work, or defined by a box. Because so long as you are breathing, you are changing.
This is about finding acceptance with who you currently are and where you're currently at in life. It's about discovering the quiet inner voice of you & being able to trust it over the loud noise of other peoples beliefs and opinions. It's about figuring out what's right for you, rather than what you 'should be' or 'should do'.
Choose a life of meaning and staying true to your values means saying no to conforming to the norm & saying yes to being honest about who you are and what you want. Figuring out who you are and what you want is the work we'll do. And in doing that work, it will give you a grounding in how to continually redefine who you are and what you want. Because it will change.
This coaching is about having conscious conversations to raise your awareness, and help you maintain the alignment of your essence (who you are) with whatever is happening in your life (work, relationships, lifestyle).
A lot of my clients feel like a round peg in a square hole. Like they don't quite fit in. Or feel they are 'too much' or 'too sensitive'.
