Letting Go & Cultivating Wholeness

Over the 12 weeks you will experience a blend of three elements, to cultivate wholeness.

~ Guided meditation practice
~ Body movement (inspired with chi gong, yoga)
~ Self-reflection and somatic experiences
*No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.

Each week we will cover a set topic that builds awareness for your own personal and inner journey.

Below is an example outline of previous courses.

Week 1) letting go of negative beliefs & cultivating acceptance
Week 2) letting go of what people think & cultivating authenticity
Week 3) letting go of feeling powerless & cultivating resilience
Week 4) letting go of perfectionism & cultivating self-compassion
Week 5) letting go of scarcity & cultivating gratitude and joy
Week 6) letting go of the need for certainty & cultivating intuition and trust
Week 7) letting go of comparison to others & cultivating creativity
Week 8) letting go of anxiety & cultivating calm and stillness
Week 9) letting go of exhaustion & cultivating play and rest
Week 10) letting go of self-doubt & cultivating meaningful living
Week 11) letting go of fear & cultivating healthy boundaries
Week 12) letting go of control & cultivating laughter, song & dance

Olivia Fletcher

Olivia has run a successful private practice since 2006 specialising in self-awareness and connecting individuals to the essence of who they are. Olivia is a life coach, hypnotherapist, psychotherapist (in training with UKCP), theta healer, yoga teacher, trauma specialist yoga and somatic movement educator. She believes no one approach fits all. Through extensive training and experience, her background in healing allows her to offer a unique blend for each client. A lifelong interest in mind, body and spirit have led to extensive worldwide travel, not taking herself too seriously and a belief that everything has a place in the world, including the pub.6
