Yoga for Stress, Trauma & Depression
Whilst it is widely recognised that yoga is helpful for stress, it might not seem so obvious that Yoga could help with trauma or depression, however, you would be surprised if you knew just how effective it can be.
Who are the classes for?
Anyone experiencing symptoms of trauma, stress or depression, other common experiences are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, avoidance, stuck and trapped. These sessions work well in conjunction with a complimentary trauma treatment/therapy. Format:
Group Classes are for anyone experiencing stress, trauma or depression can enrol. Participants will not have to talk to other participants, making this class more comfortable for those individuals who find it difficult to be in groups.
Private 121 Sessions are held in a safe and private space, the sessions will be tailored to your specific needs, creating a yoga program to address your personal triggers, challenges, physical limitations and goals.

Private 1-2-1's are available and can be tailored specifically to your needs.
