Pregnancy Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to prepare your body, mind & soul for motherhood.
It helps you enjoy your changing body, whilst preparing your mind for the life-changing events of parenting. Women often note how pregnancy yoga offers relief from the common discomforts as well as and preparing the body for birth.
A large aim of the classes is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for the mums to be. Being part of a group of fellow pregnant women is a gift in itself, and practicing yoga together brings an additional level of connection, energy and sharing that can create a wonderful sense of nurturing and bonding as well as great friendships.
