A space for deeper self- knowledge, restoring your mojo and a sense of resolution.
Everything you need to know, all the answers to your questions are within you already. Access to this knowledge can become blocked due to any number of thought processes such as fear, doubt, expectations.
My work is to help you remove these blocks, to come out of clouded ‘mind dominance’ by connecting you to your innate intuitive intelligence, of your breath, body and heart. The work is subtle yet profound. It is said we only use a small fraction of our brains, through connecting to these intelligences (to name but a few) you will find a huge new resource of knowledge and understanding opens to you, it is often surprising how much wisdom there is to be found here.
I work with people who are:
- In a transition
- Questioning their life purpose
- Out of balance, disconnected
- Stuck
- Experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma
What happens in a session?
I use two styles of coaching:
1. Completely Intuitively
The sessions are intuitive in their approach and have no set outcomes; instead there is an allowing for a natural unfolding of what wants to show itself and be worked with. The work is often very subtle yet profound.
Each session begins with whatever you or your breath, body, heart brings that day. E.g. the breath has a unique intelligence and when given the space and attention, it can uncover and shed light upon many issues be they conscious or unconscious. My role is to facilitate a space in which you can access the wisdom within you.
Once these new relationships begin within your inner and outer worlds, it can easily and often instinctively become part of your everyday life and way of being.
2. Looking for a Shift / Outcome
This focus can be helpful when looking at a specific goal, or if you are looking to restore power and balance, experience a more meaningful life, find purpose, or feel on the brink of a 'shift' and need help making the transition.
These sessions are based upon equipping you with effective tools that can confidently be used by yourself outside of session. If there's a problem, then a skill, strategy or belief is either missing, or present and not helping.
NB/ I am able to work with both styles if preferred
